Product use:
This product is mainly used as a reducing agent and imaging agent,in organic synthesis for the preparation of oximes,and also as a raw material for the synthesis of anticancer drugs(hydroxyurea),sulfa drugs(sinometh)and pesticides(metacarb).Synthetic dye industry used as isatin intermediate preparation.Oil industry is used as antioxidant and antioxidant for fatty acid and soap.In addition,it is also used for color film processing.

Physical and chemical properties:
Colorless crystal,easy to deliquesce,
Density:1.67.
Melting point:152°C(decomposition).It is soluble in water,ethanol,glycerin,but insoluble in ether.Colorless monoclinic crystals.The density is 1.67g/cm3(17°C).Strong hygroscopicity,decomposes when moisture is higher than 151℃.

Fire-fighting measures:
Extinguishing media:Suitable extinguishing media Dry powder,carbon dioxide or alcohol-resistant foam.
Inappropriate extinguishing media Avoid using too strong water vapor to extinguish the fire,as it may spread the fire.

1.When extinguishing a fire,wear a breathing mask((conforms to MSHA/NIOSH requirements or equivalent))and wear full protective clothing.
2.Put out the fire at a safe distance and with adequate protection.
3.Prevent fire water from polluting the surface and groundwater system.
